| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/05/2016 09:41:30 | PTC India Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, has considered, approved and taken on record the followings:-
1. Recommend a dividend @ 12% i.e. Rs. 1.20/- per share to the shareholders for their approval.
2. Approved the capital raising plan of the Company upto Rs. 750 crores in one or more tranches through various options available to the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. |
