Blackstone GPV Capital Partners (Mauritius) V-A and Blackstone FP Capital Partners (Mauritius) V FII have brought down their stake in Hyderabad-based construction company NCC to 6.99 per cent from 10.24 per cent.
The Blackstone arms, in a regulatory filing made with the BSE on Thursday, informed that they have brought down the shareholding in NCC by selling 3.25 per cent or 91.8 crore shares by way of open market sales up to Wednesday.
Post-sale of these shares, their holding in NCC has come down to 3.88 crore (6.99 per cent) from 5.69 crore (10.24 per cent) shares, BSE was informed.
The Blackstone Group entities have been long-term investors in the company.
