Engineers India Ltd has signed a contract with Indian Oil Corporation for providing engineering, procurement and construction management services to implement the BS VI quality upgrading programme at six refineries — Panipat, Mathura, Gujarat, Haldia, Bongaigaon and Digboi. “The quality upgrading projects are being undertaken in view of the government’s target of implementing BS VI fuel norms across the country by April 1, 2020...these projects need to be completed on time. Engineers India Ltd recently conducted the configuration study for the facilities required to make the refineries BS VI compliant,” a statement said.
