FCS Software, Ujaas Energy, Zenith Birla plunge up to 17% on Tuesday

NEW DELHI: The benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 32.40 points down at 28629.18 in the afternoon trade on Tuesday.

Shares of FCS Software (down -16.67 per cent) , Ujaas Energy (down -10.25 per cent) , Zenith Birla (down -7.14 per cent) , Nu Tek India (down -7.14 per cent) , Uttam Value Stl (down -6.67 per cent) , Kesar Enterpr (down -6.33 per cent) , Compuage Infocom (down -5.95 per cent) , Banaras Beads (down -5.48 per cent) , North Eastern (down -4.99 per cent) , United Brew(H) (down -4.97 per cent) , Cubex Tubings (down -4.92 per cent) , NEPC India (down -4.88 per cent) are among some of the stocks that slipped up to 17 per cent intraday in Tuesday’s trade.

In the Nifty pack, 25 stocks were trading in green, while 26 stocks were trading in red.

The Nifty index was down 9.80 points at 8869.4.

Shares of Birla Cotsyn, FCS Software, BS Ltd, DB International, Pennar Engineered Building Systems Ltd., Shekhawati Poly, Raj Rayon, Tricom India, Rasoya Proteins and KSS Ltd hit their fresh 52-week low in today’s trade, while Salona Cotspin, Jindal Worldwide, ISMT Ltd, Pearl Polymers, HOV Services, JSPL, Jindal Saw, Future Retail Ltd., Tarmat Ltd, Merck Ltd, Lumax Ind, NBI Industrial Finance Company Ltd. touched their fresh 52-week high till 1.35 pm (IST).
