He is a Bachelor in Engineering with a MBA from IIM Bangalore. He is responsible for strategic inorganic/organic initiatives within the Group and has spearheaded large fund raisings, cross border acquisitions, private equity raisings and financial closure of projects exceeding over US$ 1 billion.
