Mr. Anil Khandelwal has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cox & Kings Limited since 2008. He can be credited to have deftly handled the large acquisition in Europe steering Cox  &  Kings  to a large Company with a Global Footprint.   It is amongst the few large European acquisitions by any Indian Company to be called Successful.  Mr. Khandelwal is well respected for the putting in place processes to manage a complex Business of Cox in Kings with operations and delivery of their services in over 30 Countries. 

Experience

His experience encompasses broad range of Industries including Tours & Travels, Hospitality, Textiles, Media & Entertainment, Construction, Shipping, Financial Services, Technology, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Durables. He has extensive experience in matters relating to Finance & Accounts including dealing with Banks, Financial Institutions and Private Equity Funds. Mr. Khandelwal was a Partner in Iyer Jain Khandelwal & Co., Chartered Accountants and a firm specializing in Systems Study & Internal Audits.

Qualification

Mr. Khandelwal, is well qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1999.
