Chief Financial Officer of Va Tech Wabag Ltd and serves as its Head of the OBG SBU. Mr. Varadarajan is responsible for all Support Services v.z., Finance, Commercial, Legal, Human Resources and General Administration & IT. He served as an Executive Director of Finance, Head of Operations & Maintenance SBU and Company Secretary at Va Tech Wabag Limited. He has been with Wabag India since its inception and has earlier worked in Oil & Natural Gas Corporation and Bharat Electronics Limited. He serves as an Executive Director of Va Tech Wabag Ltd. He has been an Additional Director of Va Tech Wabag Ltd since June 24, 2015. Mr. Varadarajan serves as an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India with 18 years of experience.
