Mr. Kasaragod Ullas Kamath, M.Com., F.C.A., C.S., LL.B. has been a Joint Managing Director at Jyothy Laboratories Limited. since January 23, 2012, and has been its Chief Financial Officer since August 21, 2014. Mr. Kamath served as a Deputy Managing Director of Jyothy Laboratories Ltd. until January 2012. He is responsible for business development, new projects, sales, financial management and supervision of day-to-day operations. He has over 23 years of experience. 

He has been an Executive Director at Jyothy Laboratories Limited since 1997. He has been a Director of Henkel India Ltd. since May 31, 2011. Prior to joining Jyothy Laboratories on March 2, 1997, he was practicing as a chartered accountant. Mr. Kamath has participated in the Advanced Management Programme at Wharton Business School. He played a key role in the growth of Jyothy Laboratories since its incorporation and oversees business development, new projects, sales, financial management and supervision of day-to-day operations. Besides these pivotal functions, he also spearheads Jyothy Laboratories' latest initiative in organised laundry services.

He won "CA Business Achiever Award - SME Category" in January 2009 given by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a degree in Law, he has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Wharton Business School and Harvard Business School.
