Mr. Anil K. Patwardhan serves as Head of Corporate Finance & Governance and Senior Vice President at KPIT Technologies Limited (formerly KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd.). Mr. Patwardhan is responsible for Financial Performance, Reporting and Governance at KPIT Technologies Limited. As a Member of the Executive Council, he collaborates with the Business Leaders at KPIT to drive Business Strategy & Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal & Secretarial aspects and large strategic deals. He served as Head of Accounts & Finance and Vice President at KPIT Technologies Limited and served as its Vice President of Finance. He joined KPIT in 1998. Mr. Patwardhan served as General Manager of Finance & Administration for KPIT Technologies Limited. Mr. Patwardhan has over 19 years of post qualification experience in the field of Finance. His career began with a Kirloskar Company. Later, he completed a 10-year stint with the Raymond’s Group in the areas of Finance & Accounts. He gained the experience of a project business in his association with Praj. In KPIT Cummins, he is heading the Finance, Legal & Secretarial and Administration functions. He has 24 year of experience. He previously employed with Praj Industries Ltd. He played a key role in the initiative of Investor Relations and interaction with Analysts. He also specializes in Forex and Treasury Management and has set up processes for cost rationalization and cost monitoring in KPIT Cummins. He has been recognized for his contribution to the Corporate Finance & Accounting Fraternity and has been awarded with the Best CFO award 2010 in the Information Technology Sector by ICAI New Delhi.

He has also been conferred with the “Recognition of Excellence” at CFO India’s 2nd Annual CFO 100 Roll of Honor 2012 for "Winning Edge - in Mergers & Acquisitions”. He received the Chairman’s Award as well for Best Enabling Function of KPIT in 2008. He is the Vice President of the Hinjewadi Industries Association (HIA) where he spearheads several initiatives in infrastructure space for RGIP, Hinjewadi. Mr. Patwardhan is also the co-convener of the CII Finance panel. He holds B.Com., ACA
