Mr. Mehul N. Patel has been Group Company Secretary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited since May 21, 2007 and serves as its Compliance Officer.

Experience

Mr. Patel has an aggregate work experience of 7 years. Prior to IRB Group, he has served as Company Secretary for Hiranandani Developers Private Limited and Trade Wings Limited.

Qualification

He is a qualified Company Secretary registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Graduate in Science from MS University of Vadodara. He holds a Bachelor's degree in law from SP University, Vallabh Vidyanagar.
