Mr. K. T. Jithendran has been an Executive Director of Godrej Properties Limited at Godrej Industries Ltd, since May 17, 2010. Mr. Jithendran handled varied aspects of business, viz. marketing, sales and human resources. He served as the Head of Business Development, Marketing & Sales and Executive Vice President at Godrej Properties Limited. Mr. Jithendran has over 12 years of experience in real estate business and has handled various functions of marketing, sales and human resources. He began his career with Metallurgical Engineering Consultants. He joined Godrej in 1994.

He serves as a Director of Godrej Estate Developers Private Ltd. He has been a Director of Udhay GK-Realty Pvt. Ltd. since March 07, 2011. He serves as a Director of Godrej Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Godrej Real Estate Private Limited. He has been a Director of UDHAY-GKREALTY Private Limited since March 07, 2011. Mr. Jithendran serves as a Director of Godrej Sea View Properties Private Limited and Happy Highrises Limited. He serves as a Director of Godrej Garden City Properties Private Limited, Godrej Projects Development Private Limited and Godrej Premium Builders Private Limited. He is a civil engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology and also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
