Mr. Milind Surendra Korde has been a Senior Advisor of Godrej Properties Ltd. since April 1, 2012. Mr. Korde served as a Managing Director of Godrej Properties Ltd., a subsidiary of Godrej Industries Ltd. from 2003 to March 31, 2012. He started his career with Tata Housing and Development Company and joined Godrej Properties Limited in 1990 in the year of its inception. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate development and has handled diverse portfolios like legal, marketing, commercial, secretarial and business development.

He serves as Chairman of Godrej Developers Pvt. Ltd., Udhay GK-Realty Pvt. Ltd and Godrej Estate Developers Private Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of Godrej Real Estate Private Limited. He has been Director of Udhay GK-Realty Pvt. Ltd., since March 7, 2011. He has been a Director of Godrej Properties Ltd. since May 1, 2003. He serves as Director of Godrej Waterside Properties pvt. Ltd. and Godrej Realty Private Ltd. Mr. Korde is a law graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
