I am a Finance professional with 28 years of post qualification experience in Manufacturing, Banking and Finance Shared Services industry. My current responsibilities include Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, Risk, Legal, Property and Administration functions.
Specialties: I have extensive experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Control and Reporting and Management Accounting areas both within and outside India in BAU as well as Project roles.
I also have experience managing a business unit independently in all its aspects. In my present role, I have raised Tier I and Tier II capital amounting to more than Rs.500 crores via QIP as well as Preferential Allotment routes.
