Mr. Shachindra Nath

Mr. Shachindra Nath serves as a Group Chief Executive Officer of Religare Enterprises Limited. He is the founding team member and leads the entire integrated financial services business of REL. He served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of Religare Enterprises Limited since April 2007. He served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of Religare Securities Limited. He carries the overall responsibility for managing the key operations of Religare.

He joined Religare Securities Limited on May 8, 2000. Besides Religare, Mr Nath has been a key advisor to the entire group and has been closely involved in all merger and acquisitions and equity transactions of the Singh family, Fortis, SRL and other group businesses. He served as a Senior Consultant and Divisional Incharge and held several key positions at Abhipra Capital Limited from 1998 to 2000. He also worked at Obeetee Textiles Limited, R. D & Company, and Garware Wal Ropes Limited. He served as a Director of Religare Enterprises Limited from April 2010 to January 24, 2013. He has been a Non Executive Director of Religare Finvest Limited since November 14, 2011.

He serves as a Member of Board of Directors of IBOF Investment Management Private Limited. He serves as a Director of Religare Health Insurance Company Limited, AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Religare Bullion Limited, ifquifax Credit Information Services Private Limited, Religare Technova Global Solutions Pty. He received a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from the Amity Law College, Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Banaras University, Varanasi.
