Mr. Rajesh Ramesh Kumar Madawewala has been Group Managing Director, Executive Director and Officer at Remi Metals Gujarat Ltd., since April 26, 2012. Mr. Mandawewala served as the Managing Director of Welspun Syntex until October 10, 2011. He served as the Managing Director of Welspun Global Brands Ltd from October 24, 2009 to September 30, 2011. He served as a Joint Managing Director of Welspun Corp. Limited. He served as a Joint Managing Director of Welspun India Ltd., from July 1, 2006 to October 23, 2009. He has been an Additional Director of Welspun Projects Ltd. since July 6, 2012.
