 Head - Investor Relations & Corporate Finance

Mr. Aditya Chaturvedi heads the Investor Relations and Corporate Finance functions at Infinite Computers at the corporate level with over a decade of experience.

Experience & Responsibilities

He currently works with the CEO’s office and drives market communications through the Investor Relations role. He complements the F&A functions through MIS, Planning & Forecasting and is responsible for the preparation and execution of all external market financial communications such as Press Releases (Financial), Factsheets, Investor Presentations etc. He is also involved in key internal reporting, analysis, budgeting, business development inputs along with business strategy and preparation and presentation of internal financial data.

Qualification

He holds an MBA in finance from the Amsterdam Business School from University  Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

Personal

Mr. Chaturvedi is based in Bangalore and has worked with multiple cross-cultural, multi-national teams during his tenure. He loves to meet new people and networking opportunities.
