Mr. Diwakar is the Managing Director of Christensen Investor Relations since 2007.  Christensen is a Global Investor Relations firm  partnering clients adopt best practices and strategies in Investor Relations and financial public relations.  Christensen's proprietary programs attempt to deliver customized strategies, to build a strong corporate presence and credibility for their clients. .

Mr. Diwakar has recently been associated Biocon in their commendable initiative to keep investors well updated and informed. The IC Rating of Biocon, so committed to IR Practice should definitely receive a big boost with this initiative. 

Mr.Diwakar has rich experience across many corporates, setting up the Investor Relations practices very successfully.

Mr.Diwakar is well respected for his understanding of Investors thought process and has helps work on the Corporates message and communication strategies. Identifying and screen promising investors is a strong point worth noting with a serious approach.

Experience  & Skills

Prior to starting Christensen practice in India, Diwakar was Deputy General Manager for Finance and Investor relations at Satyam  Computer Services, giving him a strong base in India's fast-growing information technology industry.

Mr. Diwakar has over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance with firms in India and overseas.  He has worked with companies including prestigious Asea Brown Boveri India, NM Rothschild and Tionale Enterprises in Singapore. He has also had a stint in Software programming as a surface / Solid Modeller.  In addition to information technology, he has done project finance for power, roads, ports, airlines and consumer goods broadening his skills across Sectors.

Mr. Diwajar has been strongly endorsed across skill sets.  Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Financial Modelling, Due Diligence among others.

Qualification

Highly qualified, Mr. Diwakar  is well endowned with a MBA degree (PGDBM) from the well known Symbios  Pune and that after his MSc Engineering Technology Education from the reputed BITS (Birla Institute of Technology & Science).
