Experience

 • Primarily responsible for all equity fund-raising and dilution of promoters’ stake for complying with the minimum public shareholding regulation specified by SEBI.

• Involves interaction with Investment Bankers, potential Investors, deal negotiation, finalizing investor pitches etc. for successful transaction closure.
• Conducting quarterly result calls, meeting various analysts, brokerages, fund houses and increasing the visibility of the Company and sharing the company’s growth potential. 
• Advising the management on fund-raising avenues, market information and deal execution.
