Mr. Sarang Wadhawan

Managing Director

Mr. Sarang Wadhawan serves as the Managing Director of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited and has been its Vice Chairman since August 12, 2011 and served as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Wadhawan has also been the Executive Director of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited since March 4, 2005. He serves as a Director of DHFL Vysya Housing Finance Ltd. and DHFL Insurance Services Ltd.

He served as a Additional Director of Broadcast Initiatives Ltd. From May 13, 2010 to June 14, 2010. He served as a Director of Dewan Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. from April 2005 to July 28, 2009. 

 Responsibilities

Mr. Sarang Wadhawan has significant exposure to the real estate and housing finance industry and is currently leading the management of the Company with his plans for growth and expansion.

Mr. Sarang Wadhawan is involved in implementation and review of strategic objectives of the Company as envisaged by the management of the company.

Qualification 

He holds an M.B.A. Degree in International Finance from Clark's University, Worcester , U.S.A and and is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University.
