Mr. Gaurang Vasani is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of Strategic Growth Advisors from 2010. Mr. Gaurang has more than 13 years of diversified experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Business Research and Investor Relations.

Experience & Specialisation

Prior to SGA, Mr. Gaurang has served GMR Group as a Associate General Manager Strategic Finance where he was responsible for leading Infrastructure Developer in India with interest in Airport, Energy, Highways and Construction, Preparation of Consolidated Financial Model, Investor Presentation and communications. He has also worked with Suzlon Energy Limited as Assistant General Manager Corporate Finance where he has gained 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, Played instrumental role in raising growth capital by placement of equity with Citigroup and ChrysCapital followed by IPO in 2005 & was responsible for Research Coverage by leading Research Houses.

Qualification

Mr. Gaurang has gained a degree in Mechanical Engineer with MBA in Finance (1993-1997).
