Current Position : Vice President Concept PR

Mr. Ricky Vora serves as the Vice President at Concept PR where he is the Head of the Investor Relations Division.

Experience & Responsibilities

Mr Ricky ensures efficient Market Communication in the Investor Relations role.

Prior to Concept Mr. Ricky worked with Seagull Value Consultants LLP as an Investment Banker & Investor Relations Consultant. He was responsibilities included, raising funds through equity and dept, helping share holder value creation, prepare Investor presentations.

Mr. Ricky has also served BOB Capital Market Ltd as a Investment Banker (2010-2011) where he adeptly handled Book building (IPO) process as per ICDR regulations prescribed by SEBI, Debt Syndication Raising funds through debt, Expert on Valuations, Mr Ricky is well respected by Top Managements for his views on Investor Relations .

Qualification

Mr Ricky is well qualified with a Business Management (PGDM) degree in Finance from the Welingkar Institute Of Management (2008 – 2010 )
