Mr. Gerard M. Sweeney, also knwon as Gerry, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Rain CII Carbon, LLC. Mr. Sweeney served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AIMCOR, a subsidiary of Walter Energy, Inc. (Formerly Walter Industries Inc.) since July 2000. He served as President of AIMCOR's Carbon Group until June 2000, Vice President and General Manager of the Carbon Specialties Group from January 1998 to June 2000, Director and General Manager of the Calcined Specialties Group from January 1996 to January 1998. He served as a Director of Rain CII Carbon (India) Limited until May 16, 2005.
