Mr. Ankur Gupta has been a Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing Limited since April 1, 2010. Mr. Gupta serves as a General Manager at Housing Development Finance Corp. Ltd and also served as its Deputy General Manager. He has been an Executive Whole Time Director of Ashiana Housing Limited since April 1, 2006. He serves as a Director of Vatika Marketing Ltd., and Ashiana Retirement Villages Ltd. He served as Director of Cubical Financial Services Ltd. since August 21, 2009 until August 20, 2013.

He served as an Executive Director at Ashiana Housing Ltd. Mr. Gupta has done research for many residential projects specifically for senior's housing. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA) and an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University.
