Dr. Varadaraj has been the Managing Director at ELGI Industrial Products Ltd (formerly, Elgi Finance Ltd.)September 1, 2009. He has an experience in Engineering Industry. He serves as the Chairman at ATS Elgi Ltd. He serves as an Executive Director at ELGI Equipments Ltd., Adisons Precision Instruments Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Elgitread India Ltd. and Elgi Ultra Industries Ltd. He has been an Independent Director of Thermax Ltd. since January 31, 2003. He has been a Non Executive Independent Director of Precot Meridian Limited (Formerly Precot Mills Ltd.) since 2002. He serves as a Non Executive Independent Director at Magna Electro Castings Ltd. He serves as a Director of Elgi Industrial Products Ltd. He serves as a Director of Elgi Rubber Company Ltd. Dr. Varadaraj holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from George Washington University, USA and has Ph.D. in International Business from the University of Michigan, USA.
