Mr. Manav Poddar, B.Com, is a Co-Promoter of Mayur Uniquoters Ltd. and also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer. Mr. Poddar posses over eleven years vast experience of General Management, Production and marketing. He has initiated TQM practices, targeting the highest levels of efficiencies in the whole of business process including product innovation, better customer responsiveness as well as operational and plant efficiencies.

He has led the team of Mayur Uniquoters to the best of Lean Management Principles. He has been an Executive Director of Mayur Uniquoters Ltd., since November 1, 2002. Mr. Poddar served as a Director of Mayur Industries Limited and Mayur Leather Products Limited.
