Mr. Oswal is an Associate Director and is the Chairman of the Board of Motilal Oswal Trustee Company Limited. He is also the Managing Director of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. He has varied experience of over 2 decades in the financial service sector.

Mr. Oswal has served on the governing Board of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) as a Director. He has also been member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) committee for F&O and a member of the Managing Committee of Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC).

He is a board member and a Director of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO). He is also a Director on the Board of various Companies.

Mr. Oswal has received the Rashtriya Samman Patra awarded by the Government of India for being amongst the highest Income Tax payers in the country for a period of 5 years from FY95–FY99.

The Indian Council of Management Executives (ICME) has awarded the ‘Knight of the Millennium’ to Mr. Oswal for the Capital Market.
