Mr. Divyesh B. Shah serves as the Group Head of Retail at Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd., and served as its Head of the Retails Sales Department. Mr. Shah serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Indiabulls Ventures Limited (formerly, Indiabulls Securities Limited) and is responsible for setting up new branches and managing a large sales force. Mr. Shah has over 14 years of experience in the Share Broking Business. He worked with leading financial services firms and gained extensive experience managing and developing large brokerage sales team and cultivating deep client relationships. He has extensive expertise on the process and operations required for running securities broking business in a very professional manner.

He has been a Whole time Director of Indiabulls Ventures Limited since September 9, 2005. Mr. Shah serves as a Director at Indiabulls Properties Private Limited, Indiabulls Finance Company Private Limited, Indiabulls Engineering Limited, Indiabulls Resources Limited, Nilgiri Lands Limited, Indiabulls Infrastructure Projects Limited, Nilgiri Land Holdings Limited, Nilgiri Infrastructure Limited, Nilgiri Buildwell Limited, Indiabulls Natural Resources Limited and Nilgiri Commercial Estate Limited. Mr. Shah joined the business in 1997. He holds a bachelors degree in commerce from the Kolkata University.
