A.V. Ganapathy has been with Essel as the Chief Financial Officer – Global, since June 2007. From July 2015, he has taken on added responsibility for the portfolios of Strategy Development and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Ganapathy is a qualified ACA, AICWA and ACS. He has previously worked with the Unilever Group as Commercial Director of Finance, Supply Chain & IT, and was responsible for handling their Sri Lankan operations.

He has over 20 years of experience in the Unilever Group across operations in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. At Essel, he is called Ganesh.

Mr. A. V. Ganapathy, B.Com., ACA, ACS, ACWA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Global at Essel Propack Ltd since November 06, 2007. Mr. Ganapathy served as Commercial Director of Unilever Srilanka Ltd.
