Prof. Ramachandran specializes in corporate transformation and competitive strategy. His rich experience includes visiting faculty of Wharton-USA, INSEAD-France, University of Minnesota-USA. He served as Vice President (Management Services) of Reliance Industries Limited. He serves as Non Executive Chairman of Redington (India) Ltd.

He served as the Chairman of the Board at Cyient Limited (formerly, Infotech Enterprises Ltd.) since November 2008.He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. Prof. Ramachandran has a Doctorate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
