Mr. Ram Singh, ICWA has been the Director of Finance of Engineers India Limited since January 28, 2010 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Singh is responsible for the financial management. He served as Executive Director of Finance at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. Mr. Singh has 27 years of experience in finance and cost accounting in the hydrocarbon sector. His experience includes positions held with the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, the Oil Coordination Committee, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Steel Authority of India Limited.

He has been actively associated with various government appointed committees, for conducting studies on pricing of petroleum products. He has been an Executive Director at Engineers India Limited since January 28, 2010. He serves as Director of EIL Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd. Mr. Singh holds Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
