Mr. Yadupati P. Singhania has been an Managing Director of J.K. Cement Ltd since April 1, 2007. Mr. Singhania served as Chief Executive Officer of JK Cements Limited since April 1, 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Jaykay Enterprises Ltd. (formerly, JK Synthetics Limited) since 1999 until August 30, 2014. He has been the Chairman of J.K. Cement Ltd since May 23, 2015. He serves as Vice Chairman of Juggilal Kamlapat Cotton Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. He serves as an Executive and Non Independent Director of Jaykay Enterprises Ltd., JK Synthetics Ltd. and J.K. Cement Ltd.

Mr. Singhania is the Chancellor of Sir Padampat Singhania University. He serves as the President of Kanpur Productivity Council, and member of the Board of Governors of the National Council for Cement and Building Material and Jodhpur Chamber of Commerce. Shri Singhaniais a member of the managing committee of Cement Manufacturers Association and President of Foreign Trade Development (India) Association. He has been an Independent Director of Key Corp Limited since February 24, 2015. Mr. Singhania serves as a Director of the Employers Association of Northern India. He served as the District Governor of Rotary International. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.
