Mr. Bharat Hari Singhania has been the Managing Director of JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., since October 2006. Mr. Singhania has been the Chairman and Managing Director of JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. since May 29, 2013 and since October 2006 respectively. He has been the Chairman of Bengal & Assam Company Ltd. since May 29, 2013. Mr. Singhania served as Vice Chairman of JK Lakshmi Cement Limited, the holding of Hansdeep Industries & Trading Company Ltd. and has been its Chairman of the Board since May 29, 2013. He is an industrialist with over 44 years of experience in managing various industries including cement, automotive tyres, paper, jute, synthetics, high yielding hybrid seeds and audio magnetic tapes. He serves as Chairman of Florence Alumina Ltd. He has been the Chairman and Non Executive Non-Independent Director at JK Paper Ltd. since May 21, 2013. Mr. Singhania serves as the Chairman at JK Agri Genetics Ltd., Seeds Division. He served as the Chairman of Florence Investech Limited until February 12, 2013 and J K Sugar Limited until September 3, 2012. He has been a Director at Bengal & Assam Company Ltd since February 2, 2009. He serves as Director of Henry F. Cockill & Sons Ltd., Rockwood Properties Private Ltd., Tanvi Commercial Private Ltd and J.K. Organisation. Mr. Singhania serves as an Executive Director at JK Lakshmi Cement Limited.
