Mr.Premchai Karnasuta
Chairman

Mr. Premchai Karnasuta, MBA, founded P3Global Energy Company Limited in 2008. Mr. Karnasuta has been the President of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited since 1983 and its Managing Director since 1986.

He serves as a Member of Management Board of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited since 1994. He joined the management team of Italian-Thai Development Corporation Limited in 1979. Mr. Karnasuta has been the President of Asia Pacific Resources Ltd. since June 9, 2006.

He owns and operates several mining rights for coals, uranium, potash, and other precious metals in seven countries on three continents. He serves as the Chairman of ITD Cementation India Ltd and has been its Non Executive & Non Independent Director since November 4, 2004. He serves as the Chairman of P3 Global Energy Company Limited.

He has been the Vice Chairman of Charoong Thai Wire and Cable Public Company Limited since 2009 and has been its Director since 1993. Mr. Karnasuta serves as a Director of more than 55 other companies in various fields of business both in Thailand and overseas. He has been a Director of Italian-Thai Development Public Co. Ltd. since March 24, 1994.

He serves as a Director of Italian-Thai Power Co., Ltd., Central Bay Reclamation and Development Corporation, Siam Concrete & Brick Products, Thai Nippon Steel Co., Ltd., Thai Telephone & Telecommunication Public Company Ltd., Wildemere Co., Ltd. Mr. Karnasuta serves as a Director of Thai Contractor Assets Co., Ltd. He has been a Director of Asia Pacific Resources Ltd., since June 9, 2006. He served as a Director of TT&T Public Co. Ltd. until June 2006 and Cyber Bay Corp. since 1996.

He served as a Director of Toyo-Thai Corporation Public Company Limited. Mr. Karnasuta received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado, USA, in 1977, and an MBA from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, USA, in 1979.
