Mr. Naresh Talwar, aged 73 years, is a Promoter and Non- Executive Chairman of the Company. He is a graduate from St. Stephen College, Delhi University, having wide experience in the automotive components industry for more than 47 years.He has been associated with the Company since 1976. He was elected as Chairman of the Company on April 01, 2000. In his career span, he has worked with several companies of Talwar Group. He has set-up QH Talbros Limited in 1986 for manufacturing of suspension, tie-rods, and ball joints etc. He has also co-promoted T & T Motors Limited, the authorised dealers of Mercedes Benz cars.
Mr. Talwar served as the Managing Director of XO Infotech Ltd. In 1996, he co-promoted XO Infotech Limited to manufacture mother board for computers. Mr. Talwar has also co-promoted Sunrise Medicare Private Limited to provide healthcare services. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Talbros Automotive Components Limited. He serves as Chairman of Talbros International Ltd. Mr. Talwar served as Chairman of XO Infotech Ltd. until April 15, 2007. He has been a Non-Executive of Talbros Automotive Components Limited since July 15, 2001. He also served as a Director of XO Infotech Ltd. Mr. Talwar graduated from St. Stephen College of Delhi University.
