Mr. Shivinder Mohan Singh serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Escorts Heart Institute And Research Centre. Mr. Singh has been the Managing Director of Fortis Healthcare Limited, a holding company of Escorts Heart Centre Limited since November 13, 2006 and as its Executive Vice Chairman since January 11, 2012. He is a Promoter of Fortis Healthcare (India) Limited. He serves as an Executive Officer of Fortis Global Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd. He serves as the Managing Director of Escorts Hospital & Research Centre Ltd. and Managing Director of Fortis Hospotel Limited.

He is a Promoter of Religare Wellness Ltd. He serves as an Advisor at Aspire Human Capital Management Private Limited. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Fortis Healthcare Limited from November 13, 2014 to July 2015. He served as the Managing Director of Fortis Healthcare International Pte Ltd. until January 11, 2012. He served as Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Healthcare Limited(alternately Fortis Healthcare (India) Limited). He served as the Managing Director of Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. since February 22, 2006. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of the Fortis Hospital, Mohali for two years, during which he led his team in developing a strong work culture. Mr. Singh served as the Chairman of Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd. (also known as Malar Hospitals Limited) from February 19, 2008 to March 30, 2010. He has been the Executive Vice Chairman at Fortis Healthcare International Pte Ltd. since January 11, 2012 and Fortis Healthcare Limited since January 11, 2012. He has been a Director of Fortis Healthcare (India) Limited since December 13, 2004 and Super Religare Laboratories Limited since May 7, 2002. He has been a Director of Fortis Healthcare Limited since November 13, 2012. He is a Non Executive Director of Parkway Group Healthcare Pte Ltd. He serves as a Director of Fortis Hospotel Limited, Fortis Clinical Research Limited., RHC Holdings Pvt Ltd., Fortis Healthcare Holdings Limited, Escorts Heart Centre Limited, Escorts Hospital & Research Centre Ltd. and Escorts Heart Institute And Research Centre. He is principal promoters and Director on the Boards of SRL Ranbaxy.

He serves as a Director of International Hospital Ltd and Oscar Investments Ltd. Mr. Singh served as a Director of Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd. from February 19, 2008 to March 30, 2010. He served as a Director of Parkway Holdings Ltd. from March 19, 2010 to August 2010 and HealthFore Technologies Limited (Religare Technologies Ltd.) from October 11, 2010 to February 10, 2015. He served as a Director of Religare Enterprise Limited from December 13, 2004 to April 2010. He served as a Non-Executive Non Independent Director of The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC since March 24, 2011. He is the Chairperson of Health Services Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Board member of Indo British Partnership Network (IBPN), Board Member of National Accreditation Board for Hospital and Healthcare Providers (NABH) and chair of the healthcare committee of UKTI (UK Trade & Investment).

He is also on the National Board of Advisors of AIESEC, a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. He is an alumnus of Doon School. Mr. Singh graduated with B.A. (Hons.) degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and holds an MBA degree with specialization in health sector management from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, USA.
