Dr. Harshraj Charandas Mariwala, also known as Harsh has been the Chairman of Marico Kaya Enterprises Limited since August 9, 2014. Dr. Mariwala serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Kaya Limited (also known as Kaya skin care limited). He has been the Managing Director of Marico Kaya Enterprises Limited since August 9, 2014. He served as Managing Director of Marico Limited from 1990 to March 31, 2014. He served as a Member of Board of Management at International Consumer Products Corporation until April 2013. He is instrumental in maintaining Marico's business at a sustainable and profitable growth pace. He served as the Managing Director of Marico India at Marico Bangladesh Limited. He served as the President of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Over the last 3 decades, he has transformed a traditional commodity driven business into a leading Consumer Products & Services Company in the Beauty and Wellness space.

Dr. Mariwala started his career with Bombay Oil Industries Limited (BOIL) in 1971. He took charge of Marico's Consumer Products division in 1975. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Marico Limited since 1990. He served as the Chairman of Marico Bangladesh Limited. He serves as Director of Marico Kaya Enterprises Ltd. He serves as a Non Executive Director of Mondelez India Foods Limited. He has been an Additional Director at L&T Finance Holdings Limited since October 2013. He has been a Non Executive Director at Marico Ltd since April 1, 2014.

He serves as a Director of Kaya skin care limited, Hindustan polyamides and Fibres Limited, Scientific Precision Private limited, Sundari LLC, Bombay Oil Industries Private Limited, Marico Middle East FZE and Kaya Middle East FZE. He served as a Director of Marico Bangladesh Limited. He served as an Executive Director of Marico from 1980 to 1990. He served as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of Unichem Laboratories Ltd. until February 3, 2003.

He served as Director of Marico South Africa Consumer Care (Proprietary) Limited, MBL Industries, Ltd., Marico South Africa (Proprietary) Ltd. and Marico Malaysia Sdn Bhd until May 2013. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of MIRC Electronics Ltd. from May 16, 2001 to February 20, 2009. Dr. Mariwala served as Non-Executive & Independent Director of MIC Electronics Ltd. from August 22, 2006 to October 15, 2009. Dr. Mariwala holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai University.
