Chairman

Mr. Suresh Gupta, M.M.S. (Management) has been Senior Advisor of Huhtamaki Oyj since April 14, 2014. Mr. Gupta served as the Managing Director of The Paper Products Limited, a subsidiary of Huhtamaki Oyj from May, 1994 to August 6, 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President of Flexible Packaging at Huhtamaki Oyj until April 14, 2014.

He served as Executive Vice President of Flexibles Global at Huhtamaki Oyj since January 1, 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Paper Products Limited, a subsidiary of Huhtamaki Oyj from May 1, 1994 to August 6, 2014 and also served as its President. He joined Huhtamaki Oyj in 1999. He served as Division President of Asia & Oceania Flexibles for Huhtamaki Group at The Paper Products Limited from June 1, 2006 to August 6, 2014.

He is responsible for the Huhtamaki Group’s Flexibles business units in India, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia. Mr. Gupta has diverse management experience of over 30 years including 19 years in Paper Products. He served as Senior Vice President of Flexibles and Films of Asia-Oceania of Huhtamaki, Oyj from June 1, 2006 to January 1, 2009.

He has been the Chairman at Huhtamaki PPL Limited. since March 10, 2010. He has been Director at The Paper Products Limited. since March 1992. He served as an Executive Director at Almana Group from 1983 to ­1987. He is President of Paper, Film & Foil Convertors Association, India. Mr. Gupta holds an M.B.A and Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Mr. Suresh Gupta is Executive Chairman of the Board of Paper Products Ltd. Mr. Suresh Gupta did his Masters in Management (MMS) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

He has diverse management experience of over 41 years, including 27 years in the Company. He was designated as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 10th March, 2010 and has been re-designated as Chairman since 7th August, 2014.
