Mr. Amit Jain

Current Position : Head Investor Relations

Mr. Amit Jain is a veteran in Investor Relations field in India with over 16 years of experience. He Heads the Investor Relations initiative at Reliance Infrastructure since 2006.

Over the period, along with Investor Relations, Mr Jain is strongly endorsed for his expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning, Market Assessment, Financial Restructuring, Valuation of Businesses and other corporate finance areas.

Prior Experience & Qualification

Prior to joining Reliance Infrastructure, Mr. Jain was spear heading Investments & Investor Relations of IndoRama Synthetics.  He was also involved in Strategic Planning function in Fortis Healthcare, Ranbaxy.

Mr. Jain is endowed with a MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in Finance from Faculty Management Studies post his Graduation in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.

Other Personal Interests 

Following his deep interest in the field of Finance, he is well known for his training modules related to corporate finance and investor relations in various institutions i.e. Inter-connect Stock Exchange, Corporates and MBA Institutes in his free time.

His area of deep interest is Indian Philately (Stamp Collection) and has participated in various State, National and International exhibitions.
