Mr. Venkateswaran Iyer Parameswaran, B. Tech has been Deputy Managing Director of Aban Offshore Ltd. since February 12, 2007. Mr. Parameswaran served as Director of Operations of Aban Offshore Ltd. (formerly, Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd.) since August 1, 2001. Mr. Parameswaran has over 33 years of experience in operations. Mr. Parameswaran served as Project Manager of Aban Constructions. He serves as Chairman of Premium Drilling, Inc. Mr. Parameswaran serves as a Director of Aban Singapore Pte. Ltd. He has been an Executive Director of Aban Offshore Ltd., since August 1, 2001. He serves as a Director of Ddi Holding AS. He serves as a Director of Deep Drilling Invest Pte Ltd., Deep Drilling 1 Pte. Ltd. and Sinvest AS. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is a graduate in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
