Mr. N. Sivaraman is Chartered Accountant and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Over the last 31 years at L&T,
he has been involved in all aspects of Finance and Accounts, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations.
He is responsible for and oversees the following entities- L&T Finance Limited, L&T Infrastructure Fiance Company Limited ,L&T Investment Mangment Limited, L&T General Insurance Company Limited, L&T Housing Finance Limited, Family Credit Limited.
During his career at L&T, Mr. N. Sivaraman has played a key role in structuring the demerger of the cement business of L&T and inducting private equity investors in L&T Infrastrcutre Development Projects Limited.
