Mr. Pavan Kumar Jain serves as the Managing Director of Inox Leasing and Finance Limited since October 1, 2011. Mr. Jain served as the Chairman and Managing Director of INOX Air Products Limited for 20 years. He has over 30 years of experience in various capacities with INOX Air Products Limited.

He serves as the Non Executive Chairman of Inox Leisure Limited. He serves as the Chairman at Fame India Ltd. He has been a Director of Fame India Limited since February 28, 2010. He serves as a Non Independent Director at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. and Inox Leasing and Finance Limited. Mr. Jain studied Chemical Engineer from IIT, New Delhi.
