Mr. Abhishek Mani is heading the Investor Relations initiative of Reliance Infrastructure and has more than 12 years of industry experience at leadership position in companies like Schneider Electric, Areva T&D, Godrej Industries, Indo Rama & Tata Technologies
Prior Experience & Awards:
Prior to joining the Reliance Group, he was associated with Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd. (ex demerged entity of Areva T&D) where he was handling Investor Relations & Corporate Finance. He was rated as Best Investor Relation professional of Industrial Sector in India in 2012 by Institutional Investor magazine. He was instrumental in image building of Areva T&D India & Schneider Electric Infrastructure among investors & analysts. He has successfully managed several critical events like listing of shares after demerger, corporate actions like stock splits & open offer, Offer for Share etc. During his work experience he has handled various key functions like Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Merger & Acquisition, Synergy, Credit Control, Project Finance, Financial Controller, Compliances & Inventory Management. He has a unique advantage of working across various industries like agro, textile, automobile, IT, Retail with expertise in Power & Infrastructure sector.
Qualification & Honours:
He has a very strong academic background and has done MBA (Finance) from IIT Bombay & B. Tech (Mechanical Engg.) from IIT Kharagpur. He is also a certfied consulant in area of Theory of Constraints from Goldratt University, USA. His case analysis paper presentation received recognition from IIM Ahmedabad. He also got 2nd prize in case presentation on "Merger & Acquisition" in XLRI Jamshedpur.
