Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Lupin Limited. Mr. Swaminathan leads the Finance and Planning function and facilitate the Lupin in strengthening its processes resulting in sustainable growth, improved cost management and world class practices in Financial Management.

He served as President of Finance & Planning of Lupin Limited since August 13, 2007. Mr. Swaminathan served with Henkel, Germany where he held corporate responsibilities as Regional Financial Controller for several countries across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Henkel India.

He worked with companies such as VST Industries, the SPIC group and Standard Chartered Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades experience. Mr. Swaminathan is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants, UK and the Institute of Company Secretaries in India.
