Mr. Phiroz A. Vandrevala

Mr. Phiroz Adi Vandrevala, B.Com, ACA, has been the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Diligenta Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services Limited since May 13, 2011. Mr. Vandrevala served as Head of Global Corporate Affairs of Tata Consultancy Services Limited. He had been responsible for overseeing Communication, Administration, Infrastructure Development and Corporate Governance of Tata Consultancy Services. He is also a Member of the core Strategy Group at TCS and actively involved in Public Affairs and Business Development aspects of the business. 

He has worked for TCS for 25 years and today has global responsibility for Public Relations and Communications, Administration, Infrastructure, Legal and Corporate Governance as well as Business Development and Long Term Strategy. His corporate responsibilities includes relating to Occupational Health & Safety. 

He served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He served at consumer goods giant ITC Ltd for three years before joining TCS in 1982. In 1989, he left ITC to set up Tandem Corporation's operations in India before rejoining TCS in 1992.
