Mr. Kishor Patil, Esq., C.A Co-founded KPIT Technologies Limited (formerly, KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd.) in 1990 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director since July 2, 2005. Mr. Patil is an In-charge of the overall management of KPIT Cummins. He is responsible for defining KPIT's technology and customer acquisition strategies across six continents. He is specifically responsible for all day-to-day operational issues like planning and executing business, reviewing and guiding the country offices, customer delivery units and support functions, and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of KPIT Technologies Limited. He has spearheaded KPIT Cummins' forays into international markets, especially Europe. He is instrumental in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for KPIT Cummins in a short span of time. He is the champion for new technology adoption and incubation of customer centric new projects.

He has 21 years of experience in various areas like information systems and Design, Marketing, Organisation & Methods and Systems. He served as Chairman of KPIT Infosystems Limited UK, KPIT Infosystems Inc. USA, KPIT Technologies Limited, KPIT Systems LLC UAE, KPIT Cummins Global Business Solutions Limited and Panex Consulting Inc. He serves as an Executive Director of KPIT Technologies Limited. He serves as a Director of SYSTIME Global Solutions Private Ltd and KPIT Global Solutions Limited. He was awarded the prestigious Golden Lotus National Award by the honorable President of India. In 2013, Mr. Patil was named among the top 16 entrepreneurs in India by Ernst and Young in its Entrepreneur of the Year award program. He was recognized among the Top 50 CEOs of 2013 by The Entrepreneur Magazine and was also awarded the 2013 Rotary Excellence Award. For his excellence in entrepreneurship, he has been honored with the Maharashtra Corporate Excellence (MAXELL) Awards 2014.

He is a prolific speaker and has presented at various national & international forums including the World Economic Forum, on topics such as Entrepreneurship, Innovation, building high performance organizations and business transformation. Mr. Patil is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
