Mr. Vivek Karve

CFO 

Mr. Vivek Karve has been the Chief Financial Officer at Marico Limited since April 1, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance. Mr. Karve has over 19 years of experience. His role covers Corporate Finance and includes Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Treasury, Business Finance, Commercial, Company Secretarial, Accounts Payable and Payroll.

He joined Marico in 2000, as a Manager in Corporate Finance. Over the years, he has contributed to various sections which include Business Finance. He has played an active role in Marico's M&A effort. He led the project for an initiative towards automating the performance forecasting and budgeting processes in the company.

His experience spans across Finance, Banking, and IT, across 4 other organizations namely Siemens, ICICI Bank and P&G. He has been a Director of Marico Bangladesh Limited since February 27, 2014. He is also a member of FICCI's Corporate Finance Committee. Mr. Karve is a Chartered Accountant (1994), a Cost Accountant (1993) and holds a Bachelors in Commerce degree from the University of Bombay (1991).
