Dinesh oversees Firstsource's global fiance, banking, accounting and corporate taxation.

He is also responsible for all strategic financial activities inclusing business planning, forecasting and analysis, managment systems and statutory compliance. He has been with Firstsouce since inception and was instrumental in consolidating the commercial and finance functions globally.

Prior tp joining Firstsource, he was with ICIC Bank, responsible for US GAAP fianancials. He played an important role in the US listing of ICICI and ICICI bank as well as in the merger of ICICI and ICICI bank.

A commerce graduate from Jodhpur University, India, he is also a Chartered  Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant Of India.
