Mr. Neeraj Jain has been the Joint Managing Director of Vardhman Textiles Limited (formerly Mahavir Spinning Mills Limited) since August 07, 2014 and also serves as its the Chief Executive of Operations at Yarn Business.

Mr. Jain served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate General Manager of Finance, Accounts & MIS at of Vardhman Textiles Ltd. He has been an Executive Director at Vardhman Textiles Limited since April 1, 2010.

Mr. Neeraj Jain (DIN 00340459) is the Joint Managing Director and was appointed to the Company Board as an Executive Director in April, 2010.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of the CSR Committee of the Company. He has more than 22 years of experience in the textiles industry and with the Group.
