Ms. Nandita Lakshmanan,
Independent Director of the Company since January 13, 2011. She holds a Master’s degree in Arts (English Literature) from the Delhi University. She has over a decade of work experience in public relations consultancy and is the founder and Chief Executive Office of M/s. PRactice Strategic Communications India Private Limited, a public relations firm specializing in technology, healthcare, education and consumer domains. She has also served the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) as President from 2006 to 2008. Currently she heads the knowledge forum at PRCAI and is also on the board of Dream a Dream, a non-government organisation focused on imparting life skills to children.
