MR. V. SURYANARAYANAN,

Surya is a Chartered Accountant with more than twenty nine years’ experience. He has provided strategic leadership to business teams in the areas of Financial planning & Accounting, Taxation, cost optimization, legal and statutory compliance and Treasury.

Surya joined Mphasis in 2009 post Mphasis’ acquisition of AIG Systems Captive of AIG Inc. where he was the CFO. At Mphasis, Surya was responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, and pricing, Direct & Indirect Tax for global operations and Investor Relations.

Previously, at AIG Systems Captive of AIG Inc., Surya was instrumental in setting up the offshore development center including obtaining necessary statutory approvals, chartering and implementing policies & processes.

Surya has been the Chief Financial Officer at Deutsche Software Captive of Deutsche Bank and Ramco Systems Ltd.

Surya is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He graduated in B Sc (Mathematics) from St. Xavier’s College, Bombay University in First Class (Hons) with University rank in Economics. Surya was also the proud recipient of the CFO India's First Annual CFONEXT100 in December, 2012 and repeat winner in December, 2013.
